Michael T. Kern has more than 15 years of construction expertise initially cutting his teeth as an Owner’s Representative for a Colorado Condo Developer. His resume is combined with both hands-on field experience as well as project sales, project management and construction management experience. At Elevate, Michael organizes, directs and manages all construction services on behalf of clients, including resource allocation and finances. He derives satisfaction from making the extremely complex process of project execution look seamless.
Michael enjoys working with clients to identify both needs and options, bringing the resources of the team to the table, and then completing the work to exceed client expectations. He is a licensed Class B Contractor in Denver and has his OSHA 10-hour certification.
